KYC Policy

Know Your Customer (KYC) policies have gained increasing importance globally, especially among banks and financial institutions, to combat identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud, and terrorist activities. Angel Markets enforces a zero-tolerance fraud policy and takes all necessary measures to prevent fraudulent actions. Any identified fraudulent activity will be documented, and all related accounts will be immediately closed, with all funds in those accounts forfeited.

Prevention

Angel Markets is committed to maintaining the integrity of any sensitive data obtained, such as your account information and transaction details, through various security measures and fraud controls. To secure your electronic transactions, we require specific information from you, including your preferred deposit method. When depositing funds, please provide the following documents:
  • A copy of your valid passport (signature page), government-issued identity card, or driving licence.
  • A recent utility bill in your name and address.

Optional

Our Accounts department may request the following documents if fraudulent activity is suspected or to further verify your identity and source of funds:
  • Copies of the credit cards used for the deposit (front side with only the last four digits visible, back side with the CVV covered).
  • A signed purchase history of your online transactions.

When do I need to provide these documents?

We appreciate your prompt submission of all necessary documents to avoid any delays in processing your transactions. We require these documents before executing any cash transactions for your benefit. In some cases, we may need to request these documents before allowing other activities in your account, such as deposits, trades, or withdrawals. Please note that if we do not receive the required documents, your pending withdrawals will be cancelled and credited back to your trading account. We will notify you of such events via our system.

How can I send you these documents?

Please scan your documents or take high-quality digital photos, save them as JPEGs, and upload them through the trader’s cabinet or email them to us at support@angelmarkets.com.
